Something's been niggling at me recently, ever since I rewatched TSE/Journey's End.

So. It turns out that I don't actually know when Season 13 starts or finishes, having stuck "Terror of the Zygons" at the end of Season 12, and then tacked on "The Masque of Mandragora" at the end of this one.
